De dossiers voor “Europees Ergonoom”moeten ten laatste op 31 januari 2011 ingediend worden.  Op die manier heeft de BREE commissie voldoende tijd om uw dossier voor te bereiden voor de voorstelling op de CREE in juni 2011.  De blanco formulieren (nieuwe aanvraag of hernieuwing) vindt u op onze website : http://www.besweb.be/fichiers_bree/bree_nl.htm

Pour ceux qui souhaitent introduire un dossier pour devenir Ergonome Européen, la prochaine échéance a été fixée au 31 janvier 2011. Cela laissera le temps suffisant à la commission BREE pour préparer votre dossier afin de le présenter au CREE en juin 2011. Les formulaires vierges (nouveau dossier ou renouvellement) sont sur notre site web http://www.besweb.be/fichiers_bree/bree.htm

Verkiezingen 2011 :  Zoals elke 3 jaar, vindt de verkiezing van de 10 leden van het administratief comité van de BES plaats in januari 2011.
Er kwamen voor 15 februari 116 geldige stembrieven binnen (54 franstalig, 62 nederlandstalig) 
 De nieuw verkozen leden nemen hun functie op na de nationale dag van 17 maart 2011.

Elections 2011: Comme tous les 3 ans, les élections des 10 membres du comité d’administration de la BES ont eu lieu en janvier 2011.
116 bulletins de vote valides (54 francophones et 62 néerlandophones) ont été dépouillés le 15 février.
Les nouveaux élus prendront leur fonction après notre journée nationale du 17 mars 2011.   

Nationale BES studiedag van 17 maart 2011 :
NIET VERGETEN : schrijf jullie zo snel mogelijk in voor de viering van 25 jaar BES. (het aantal plaatsen in het restaurant is beperkt tot 80)
In de voormiddag wordt het thema 'nieuwe technologie en communicatie' voorzien, en in de namiddag zullen we het hebben over de evoluties van 25 jaar ergonomie.
Dezelfde dag zal ook het nieuwe bestuur voorgesteld worden.

Journée nationale de la BES le 17 mars 2011
N'oublier pas de vous inscrire au plus vite (le nombre de place pour le restaurant à midi est limité aux 80 premiers) pour  célébrer ensemble les 25 ans de la BES
Le matin sera consacré au thème des nouvelles technologies de communication et l'après midi à réfléchir sur l'évolution de l'ergonomie durant ces 25 ans.
Ce sera aussi l'entrée officielle en fonction des nouveaux membres élus.

 Tijdens de SECURA vakbeurs (23 tot 25 maart 2011) zal de BES op vrijdag 25 maart om 10u tot 12u  een conferentie-workshop organiseren met de bedoeling ergonomie voor de personen van de ondernemingen zichtbaarder te maken en beter te definiëren. Titel van deze conferentie: een noodzakelijk antwoord bij de hedendaagse risico’s, zoals overbelastingsproblemen, maar ook voor de klassieke risico's aanwezig in uw onderneming… Deze tweetalige conferentie zal door Huget Désiron en Alain Piette voorgesteld worden.

Durant le salon SECURA (23 au 25 mars 2011) la BES organisera le vendredi 25 mars de 10h à 12h une conférence-atelier ayant pour but de rendre plus visible et de mieux définir  l'ergonomie aux personnes des entreprises. Titre de cette conférence: L'ergonomie: une réponse indispensable face aux risques émergents, comme par exemple les troubles musculosquelettiques, mais aussi face aux risques classiques présents dans vos entreprises….Cette conférence bilingue sera présentée par Huget Désiron et Alain Piette

Activiteiten en nieuws van de Nederlandstalige vleugel van de BES:

Het eerstvolgende is onze samenwerking met de PRENNE studiedagen van PREBES.
Kris Detroyer zal er spreken over 'Niet-talige bewegwijzering, met als voorbeeld de luchthaven van Zaventem' en
Phillippe Swartenbroux en Ann Petermans over Interieurdesign en ergonomie.  Deze PRENNE vindt plaats in Genk op 15/3
 
Activité et nouvelles de la section francophone de la BES:
- Les 5 nouveaux membres élus du bureau francophone seront présentés lors de l'AG du 17 mars 2011. les membres co-optés du bureau le seront après cette AG.
- Très belle visite de l'INRS début février. 18 participants ont eu l'occasion de découvrir à la fois la rigueur scientifique de cet important centre de recherche en sécurité mais aussi leur accueil très chaleureux. 
 
Activités prévues en 2011 en cours d'organisation
- échanges avec nos collègues de l'ARACT de Lille au sujet des risques psychosociaux (contact Isabelle Rogez de ARACT Lille)
Prochaine réunion du bureau francophone le mardi 05 avril 2011 avec échanges entre les anciens et les nouveaux membres du bureau.

Nieuwe Conferenties- Nouvelles conférences

Nouvelles conditions de travail: nouveaux risques pour la santé et la qualité de vie, les 31 mars et 1er avril 2011, Bruxelles
Quels changements dans les conditions et la signification de travail entre hier et demain? Qu'ils s'agissent des aspect techniques, économiques, sociologiques et philisophiques, quelles sont leurs répercussions sur la santé et la qualité de vie des travailleurs et sur le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise? L'enjeu de ce congrès européen est de faire émerger des idées sur la manière de comprendre et d'aborder notre environnement de travail, de donner des alertes sur un certain nombre de problématiques touchant à la notion de santé au travail et de qualité de vie par le repérage, la diffusion et la mise en réseau de bonnes pratiques.

3rd International Conference Healthcare Ergonomics and Patient Safety (HEPS 2011), June 22-24 2011, Oviedo (Spain)
The third HEPS conference, jointly organized by IEA, AEE and SIE will focus on the challenges healthcare ergonomics faces in designing healthcare services as the co-product of the interaction between clinicians and patients. In particular, HEPS 2011 will have specific tracks dedicated to patient centred design of biomedical devices, intelligent information systems and clinical pathways for the acute and chronic conditions. Abstract submission is open until January 24th 2011, accepted papers will have ISBN and DOI and will be published by Taylor & Francis. Early birds registration before 31st March.  Musculoskeletal disorders - Risk factors and solutions at work, 12-15 April 2011, Hotel Pohjanhovi, Rovaniemi, Finland
The symposium will review the most recent knowledge about the role of work-related and individual factors in MSDs. It will discuss hypothesis-driven approaches to biological mechanisms and risk factors MSDs may share with other major chronic diseases. Emphasis will be placed on workplace interventions. Evidence-based recommendations will be discussed for the prevention of MSDs at the workplace. After completing the course the participants will have an updated knowledge base of the development of MSDs and effective ways of their prevention and management in the occupational health setting.

Machinery Directive
The ERGO task Group has been asked to contribute to the elaboration of the Guide to application of Directive 2006/42/EC, by providing the explanations to the Essential Health and Safety Requirement
1.1.6 Ergonomic Principles.
Under the intended conditions of use, the discom-fort, fatigue and physical and psychological stress faced by the operator must be reduced to the minimum possible, taking into account ergonomic principles such as:

  • allowing for the variability of the operator's physical dimensions, strength and stamina,
  • providing enough space for move-ments of the parts of the operator's body,
  • avoiding a machine-determined work rate,
  • avoiding monitoring that requires lengthy concentration,
  • adapting the man/machinery inter-face to the foreseeable characteristics of the operators
